By booking any service with San Blas on Sailboats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below.

1. Bookings & Payments

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to boarding. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, your payment will be kept as credit for up to 12 months, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. The same policy applies if a trip must be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Children Policy

Children are welcome onboard. Special pricing may apply depending on the package.

5. High Season Rates

Additional charges may apply on high-demand dates or holidays. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Each package includes only what is explicitly listed in the service description.

8. Liability

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Guests who choose not to acquire coverage assume full responsibility for any unexpected incidents.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by weather conditions, government regulations, mechanical failures, or any situation beyond our control.
